Cozy apartment between the medieval and the modern, located in a strategic position with respect to the historic center and the attractions of the city. The apartment provided a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with oven, big fridge and freezer, washer/drier for clothes, air conditioning, unlimited wifi, bathroom with shower, TV with HDMI cable,stereo system. Towels and linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally €/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption.
