The apartment is located on the fifth floor of an elegant brick building, a 15-minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica. The building has an elevator. The apartment faces three sides: east, south, and west, and is very bright. It has two bedrooms, each with its own balcony access, and three additional sleeping spaces in the living room: a double sofa bed and an ottoman that converts to a camp bed. The apartment is equipped with fiber optic WiFi. The two televisions in the apartment are located in the living room and in the bedroom with the two single beds. They are all equipped with Firesticks and are connected to the home WiFi and digital terrestrial TV. In the spacious living room, you'll find a large dining table that seats 6-10, a desk suitable for a work area, one of the two televisions, a 1970s-style armchair, two sofas, one of which converts to a bed, and an ottoman that converts to a camp bed for a seventh guest. The large eat-in kitchen, also equipped with an extendable round table that seats 4-8, opens onto the large south-facing terrace, with views of the cityscape and, in the distance, Villa Pamphili. It is equipped with everything you need for cooking, including cutlery, pots and pans, a four-burner gas stove, a barbecue, an electric oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher for 10 people, a washing machine, and a large wood-burning fireplace. Use of this fireplace must be determined on a case-by-case basis. The large kitchen is equipped with a working fireplace. Use of this fireplace must be agreed upon with the host during check-in, including costs, instructions, and the provision of firewood. Use will be granted, at the host's sole discretion, subject to the guests' experience with open fires and to compliance with Rome's anti-pollution regulations during the stay.
