I'm renting out my 2-bed Walthamstow flat from 1st September. Monthly price is inclusive of all bills EXCEPT electricity. We’ll take meter readings monthly and calculate the usage, and then I’ll let you know the bill on a monthly basis. Please note: I am intending to sell the property around Mar-Apr 2026 so I'm ideally looking for someone who is open to a one-month rolling contract. The second bedroom is currently set up as a home office, so this flat is ideal for a single person or a couple who work from home on a regular basis, but it could be used as a second bedroom if needed. Therefore I'm ideally looking to avoid buddy-ups and just deal with one person for all contracts/rent collection etc. 4 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central on the Overground and Victoria Line. Direct trains to Kings X, Liverpool Street, Hackney etc.
