2 rooms apartment of 90m² in Cluj-Napoca

We don`t do apartmenst in communist era blocks unless they demonstrate charm - and damn few do! - so this is one of maybe four exceptions on our site. And it is very nice. Reminds me of some of the smaller, well designed and beautifuly put together apartments I saw when we lived in Tokyo and Hong Kong. Lot`s of clever storage spaces and closets, small but functional bedrooms, large livingroom and study nook and two very nice bathrooms. Full disclosure, the common areas of the block are what you get with communist blocks, so expect a bit grim. No reserved parking space. Kitchen is closed. Two blocks from the Stefan Cel Mare Metro Station and two blocks from Dorobanti and Floreasca. Plenty of options for restaurants, banks, laundries, coffee shops and a gym in the neighborhood.
