1 room of 72m² in Zurich

I'm looking for a subtenant for 6 months to take over my room while I'm away on my Erasmus exchange in Spain.1\. The neighbourhood Situated on a 3-minutes walk from Lochergut and 2-minutes from Bullingsplatz. Lively area with bars, cafes and restaurants and close enough to Langstrasse and nightlife etc. but quiet in the night. Very easily accessible by tram, bus, and a 10-minute walk from Hardbrücke train station. 2\. The room/apartment The available room is spacious, complete with a bed, desk and closet for all your storage needs. The apartment has 6 bedrooms, 1 cosy living room, a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 shower 1 bathtub). We share some stuff such as spices, cleaning material etc. but mainly buy our own food and other belongings. Things that concern the shared WG life are always discussed together and everyone can bring up suggestions how we want organize our shared living spaces and behavior. 3\. What we are looking for We are looking for a like-minded person to join our shared flat. Someone respectful and reliable who appreciates a clean, organized living space. Although most of us have a busy work life, we enjoy hanging out, ranging from getting a beer at a bar, watching Netflix, organize an apero with the neighbours, take a swim in the lake, or go hiking or skiing in the mountains. We also organize once or twice a year a long weekend away with the housemates. We all have our individual lifes but we are not a „Zwecks-WG“ and appreciate spending time together (either at home or mixing up friend groups). We are therefore looking for someone who is aiming for a sense of community. If you love a mix of social time and quiet personal time, you'd fit right in. 4\. Who We are We are a group of six, each bringing our own unique passions to the mix: me Ricarda, Jarno, Cécile, Mario, Steffen and Josh.We are not just flatmates sharing living costs; but want to have a good time and ideally become friends.
