Zur Wohnung: 1 Zimmer (16qm oder 12qm) in 2er-WG in ruhigem, älterem Mehrparteienhaus vorzugsweise an eine Mitbewohnerin zu vergeben. Mit voll ausgestatteter Küche (Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Espressomaschine), Bad mit Badewanne, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Waschmaschine und Tumbler im Keller, Kellerabteil, Dachbodenabteil. Eventuell kann bei der Möblierung ausgeholfen werden. Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus. Diverse Supermärkte, ETH Hönggerberg, Werdinsel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kaution in Höhe von 3 Monatsmieten. Das Zimmer ist zunächst auf 6-12 Monate befristet, Verlängerung per Vereinbarung. Zu dir: Du bist idealerweise auch berufstätig oder fortgeschritten im Studium/Ausbildung und weisst, warum Holzbretter und scharfe Messer nicht in die Spülmaschine gehören ;) Zu mir: Ich bin Leo (w), Anfang 30, berufstätig und schätze ein soziales Miteinander. I may be able to help out with furniture. The landlords live in the same building. Various supermarkets, ETH Hönggerberg, and Werdinsel within walking distance. Deposit equal to 3 months‘ rent. Renting period 6 to 12 months, extension possible per agreement. About you: Ideally, you are working or in the advanced stages of your studies/training and understand why wooden cutting boards and sharp knives should not go in the dishwasher ;) About me: I'm Leo (female), in my early 30s, working, and a rather quiet person, but I do enjoy socializing.
