We are Michele (M30, Italian) and Matteo (M30, Italian), two young professionals working in the nuclear and insurance industries. We are looking for a new tenant (sublet) for a bright unfurnished room, roughly 20m2, facing Badenerstrasse, with bathroom to be shared with one of the two other tenants. The 4.5 rooms apartment features: \- kitchen (with dishwasher) and all modern appliances \- living room \- big balcony facing an internal courtyard connecting living room and kitchen \- 2 bathrooms \- washing machine and tumblr in the apartment \- basement cellar \- bike cellar \- underground parking slot to be payed separately (availability to be checked with agency) Availability: Immediately We are looking for someone (male/female) who's employed, ideally in his/her twenties/thirties, clean, respectful, valuing privacy and tidiness, open for the occasional drink/dinner with flatmates.
