1 room of 30m² in Zurich

II’m looking for a sub-tenant to take over my room from to . The room is very spacious and fully furnished with a large double bed, a couch, a desk, and a wardrobe. It’s partially basement-level, so the windows are a bit smaller, but plenty of natural light still comes in. One of the perks is the temperature: it’s cozy and warm in winter (the heater is in the room next door) and pleasantly cool in summer thanks to being slightly underground. The house is shared with 9 very friendly people and has 3 bathrooms (one of them private). The bathroom shown in the pictures is the one the sub-tenant would use. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a stove, oven, microwave, and four fridges. There’s also a large garden with a pool, which will be emptied, cleaned, and refilled for summer by the people living in the house. We’re looking for someone who is friendly and open to occasionally spending time with the others in the house, while also being respectful of everyone’s privacy.
