Beschreibung (English below): Ein Zimmer in unserer WG ist bei uns in der WG wird frei (Das erste Zimmer in den Bildern, Zimmer 3 im Grundrissplan: 600 CHF pro Monat inklusive Nebenkosten) ab dem für 1 Jahr. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert (nicht wie in den Bildern), der Rest der Wohnung ist aber möbliert und vollständig ausgestattet inklusive einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Fernseher. Glasfaser High-Speed Internet ist ebenfalls inklusive. Das Bad, inklusive einem Wäscheturm mit einer Wäschemaschine und einem Tumbler, wurde vor zwei Jahren neu renoviert. Das Gleiche gilt für die vollständig ausgestattete Küche, die einen neuen Geschirrspüler beinhaltet. Der Balkon wurde ebenfalls renoviert (ist nun grösser als auf dem Grundrissplan: Streckt nun von der Küche bis hinüber zum Zimmer 1). Lage: \- Teuenerstrasse 114 \- Ein Busstelle liegt direkt vor dem Block \- Der Bus Nr. 5 fährt alle 10 Minuten und hält bei der Universität an \- Der Weg von Tür zu Tür bis zur Universität: 15 Minuten mit dem Bus \- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es beim Neumarkt: Einfach aus dem Bus Nr. 5 aussteigen, einkaufen gehen und dann beim nächsten Bus mit der Nr. 5 wieder einsteigen Situation und Zusammenleben: Momentan sind wir zu zweit (Ich bin im Master (MBF) und mein Mitbewohner beendet gerade sein Assessment Jahr) in der Wohnung und suchen einen dritten Mitbewohner für ein Jahr, von August 2026 bis und mit Juli 2027. Ich selbst bin im Master in Banking and Finance, der andere Mitbewohner beginnt dann sein 3. Semester nach dem Assessmentjahr. Frei wird das dritte Zimmer (Zimmer 3, 18 m2), welches unmöbliert ist. Es ist das grösste Zimmer der Wohnung und steht für den genannten Zeitraum von einem Jahr zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung eignet sich besonders gut für Austauschstudierende, die für ein Jahr an der Universität St. Gallen bleiben, oder allgemein für Studierende, die ab Sommer 2026 einen befristeten Mietvertrag für ein Jahr suchen. Zum Zusammenleben: Wir sind eine eher ruhige und ordentliche WG mit einem wöchentlichen Putzplan. Uns ist ein angenehmes und respektvolles Zusammenleben wichtig. Um den Zusammenhalt in der WG zu stärken, kochen wir einmal pro Woche gemeinsam am Abend. 102 m2 Ab \ Description of the flat: One room in our shared apartment will become available. Situation and flatshare: At the moment, there are two of us living in the apartment. I am currently doing my Master’s in Banking and Finance, and my flatmate is completing his Assessment Year. We are looking for a third flatmate for one year, from August 2026 to July 2027. I will be in the Master’s in Banking and Finance, while the other flatmate will be starting his 3rd semester after the Assessment Year. The available room is Room 3, which is over 18 m2 and unfurnished. It is the largest room in the apartment and will be available for the stated one-year period. The apartment is particularly suitable for exchange students who will be staying at the University of St. Gallen for one year, or generally for students looking for a fixed-term rental contract for one year from summer 2026. In terms of living together, we are a rather quiet and tidy flatshare with a weekly cleaning schedule. A pleasant and respectful atmosphere is important to us. To strengthen the sense of community in the flatshare, we cook dinner together once a week. 102 m2 As per
