1 room apartment of 64m² in London

Hi! I'm Alice, renting out my flat in homerton, tucked between Victoria Park, Hackney Wick and the lovely Chatsworth Road. I am looking to rent out one bedroom in my flat while I'm away with work for two months. It's a recently redecorated furnished two bedroom flat with big windows which flood the living room with morning light to enjoy your coffee with! The bigger of the two bedrooms would be yours, and there is a joint kitchen/living room and one bathroom with a shower and bath. The arrangements; The flat would be totally yours, using one of the two bedrooms. Im looking for someone to take the full two months. Dates are slightly flexible a few days either side, ideally to take over from Saturday 6th September to the beginning of November. I'll be doing viewings on the week of the 25th August, but could arrange a viewing with my current tenant sooner and a video call with me if needed :) The rent includes most bills and a fortnightly clean, the gas is on a prepayment meter so you would pay that as you use it. About you: either an individual or couple, friendly and relaxed, respectful of the flat and wanting to make it your home for your stay! About me: I'm Alice, 36 year old civil servant who is currently posted overseas. When I'm not travelling I can be found cycling around the city, enjoying climbing and pottery, and loving the live music scene in London!
