I'm looking to let my 1-bed flat over the summer while I'm away, from 24 June to 31 August. The flat is located near Seven Dials, around 10 minutes’ walk from both the sea and Brighton station. It has a large balcony with a sea view, a brand new washer dryer, and has been professionally interior designed. £1,400 pcm, bills included. This is available as a temporary furnished holiday/visitor let only for the dates above. It is not available as a long-term rental or as someone’s main/permanent residence.
