1 room apartment of 37m² in London

Hello! I am subletting my one bed and lounge flat for 2 months of November and December. I’m flexible if you need it earlier for a few more weeks in October all the way till December. I will be travelling abroad during this time, however will be reachable over the phone. Various Tube stations around here: - Custom House tube station on the Elizabeth line is 5-7 mins walk - Royal Victoria DLR is behind the building and 1 min walk away - Canning Town on the Jubilee line is 10-15 mins walk You can expect to be in central London in under 20 mins. * Preference would be for a working professional as the flat is close to Canary Wharf and city of London, however responsible students are welcome. * WFH ergonomic chair and big monitor in place for ease. * ALL bills are included and low deposit. * Room has abundant natural light because of beautiful large double glazed windows with riverside views. * House is fully functional with all amenities/ toiletries/ cleaning prods in place.
