1 room apartment of 33m² in London

I’m looking for someone to move into my 1-bedroom flat in Brixton from 20th January until 20th February, with the option to take over a new contract directly with Lexadon after that date. The rent is £1,500 for the month, and the new tenant would cover the remaining period until 20th February. After that, you would start a new tenancy agreement directly with the agency (subject to referencing). The flat is modern, fully furnished, and located in a great area close to Brixton station, shops, bars and restaurants.
