Shops: Sainsbury and convenience shop 5min walk. Transport: 15min walk to Brixton, Tulse Hill, or Streatham Hill, multiple buses 3mins walk away. Quiet cul-de-sac, with free parking. Free secure cycle storage on street. I require a tidy, clean, respectful, quiet person/people as guests. Bills not included in the rent.
