1 room apartment of 30m² in Brighton

This is an extremely spacious 1 bedroom flat in Seven Dials, just a 9 minute walk from Brighton train station so it works well if you need to commute to London for work. It's fully-furnished in a mid-century style, with a comfortable lounge, breakfast bar, washing machine, dishwasher, full-sized fridge. You'll have fresh sheets and towels only used for guests. There is a work station with a monitor if you are working from home with high-speed WiFi included. Very comfortable double bed, and plenty of room in the wardrobe. It's a very quiet, safe flat within 5 minutes of the shops, cafes and restaurants of Seven Dials. I'm looking for a sublet while I am away, starting around May 1st. I don't have an end date yet, this could be flexible again for the right person. This might work well for someone might need the place because they're remote working or just moving to Brighton (etc.) Preference to vegetarians/vegans but this is not a dealbreaker, and someone who is willing to love and water my plants - this is essential as I have quite a few and they are thirsty. No smokers or pet owners, sorry. The price includes all bills except gas/electricity, but there is a smart meter so this will be easy to sort out. I’m not charging anything above my normal rent.
