We are looking for someone to replace us in our tenancy this cute 1 bedroom flat with a lovely decent sized garden, a rarity in London! The flat has a decent sized living room with a table and chairs. The sofa belongs to us, but we are happy to do a super cheap sale if you wanted to keep. It is also a sofa bed, perfect for guests staying. The desk and the large shelving unit are ours, but we are also open to selling the unit, which was brand new in March. There is a separate kitchen with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are also 2 good sized cupboards for storage in the hallway, which also has extra shelving for kitchenware. The bathroom has a shower / bath with a little cabinet for storage. The bedroom has a king sized bed, large built in wardrobe and 2 separate chests of drawers. The bedside cabinet will be going. It really has a lot of space for 2 people, perfect for a couple. We are only moving due to personal circumstances. The tenancy runs until the end of Feb 2027 and is managed by Foxtons. You will need to undertake a reference check and sign a change of tenancy. We are looking to move middle of Jan/ early Feb but we can be flexible on dates within reason.
