Hi everyone I am moving out of my flat in Clapton and am helping the agency find a replacement, as I'm moving abroad. Available now or into January if needed. The flat is huge for the price, so great for a couple or two friends! - it has one large bedroom and a second bedroom, which currently has a single bed in, but could be used as an office too (with the bed removed). The second room is smaller, but would also fit a wardrobe and desk. There is also a big kitchen and separate living area/dining space. It comes fully furnished. The location is great - 5 min walk from Clapton train station and a bus stop outside. Also, lots of cute cafes and supermarkets nearby. It's £1825 a month and then bills on top.
