Rent is £1625 per month and deposit will be £1875. Location is safe and peaceful with all amenities nearby. Has four train stations within a short walk of 5 to 15 min. Concierge , gym available at no cost. Anyone interested must be earning around £50 -60k annually at least and would need employment documents, good credit score/ references. The lease will be transferred to you and will continue for next one year, beyond which it can be extended on discussion with the property managers and landlord. The house comes furnished with a bed and dining tables from landlord. I had moved in just 5 months back and set up rest of the stuff which is as good as new. If you wish to, you can buy all the additional appliances, sofa, table, room separator from me for additional 350 pounds.
