The area is also lovely, right by Stoke Newington Church Street, which has the most amazing cafes and shops. Rectory Road station is a 7-minute walk, and Dalston Kingsland is a 15-minute walk from the flat. There is a bus stop right outside the building, which makes everything convenient! Most importantly, the 1700 per month rent includes gas, water, council tax, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
