Kitchen living room that connects to a large balcony. 1st floor with stair and lift access to flat. 10-15 min bus from 100m away to Peckham and Elephant and Castle. 10 min walk to Tesco express and a Tesco Extra. E bike station outside our building. Looking for non smokers who keep an apartment tidy and look after themselves.
