We’re looking for 2 people to take over our lease in Nine Elms. 2 double bedrooms, ground floor flat available with separate kitchen and living space. Flat comes part furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers in each room. Living space also includes a large L-shaped couch. Kitchen includes modern appliances including a dishwasher. Washing machine also included. We’re also happy to part ways with the rest of the furniture (tv, cutlery, dishes, table and coffee table) for a reasonable price. Price is £2100 a month (not including bills) with £2423 amount deposit. Great transport links in the area. Nine Elms tube station (Northern Line) 2 minute walk, Vauxhall and Stockwell stations 10 minute walk. Large Sainsbury’s 2 minute walk from the house and Lidl is available in Stockwell.
