I am advertising a 2 bedroom garden flat between Peckham (10 min walk) and Denmark hill (15 min walk). It is a quiet and leafy street. It would simply be a case of taking over the current lease on the 2nd February 2026 which runs until the 4th October 2026 and you may sign up with the landlord for longer if you wish. The highlights of the flat are the garden/patio and the great garden room at the back of the flat that can be used as an extra space (working from home, having someone stay etc).
