3 rooms apartment of 85m² in Wolfratshausen

I am renting out my 2-room apartment including a small garden and a large hobby room. The period is available for January to Mai. The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in Wolfratshausen. The apartment is fully furnished including all amenities such as washing machine, internet, etc.. A garage parking can be rented additionally. Please note that I normally live here with a cat. The costs amount to €1,650 including all additional costs. In addition, a deposit would have to be paid.
