1 room studio of 4m² in London

Hi there! I’m subletting my studio-bedsit again, which is on Caledonian Road in central London - it's super close to King’s Cross and within reach of all the cool areas :). Rent is £230 per week including bills (which is less than what I’m paying as I’d like to find the right person). My place is available from Thursday, 13 August and you can stay for around two weeks (dates are somewhat flexible). The spacious studio is located on the top floor and has a nice layout – I have my own fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage and high ceilings with lots of light coming from two sash windows. I like art and design so the space is decorated with paintings, furniture and carpets that make the space feel warm and homey. The only thing that is shared is the bathroom, which I share with three other girls, who are all super friendly and clean. It's being refurbished this week so I can upload a photo of the bathroom once that's done. The sublet is only available for a girl or queer person due to the bathroom being shared. X Mau
