The apartment is approximately 21 square meters in size and includes a balcony (maximum occupancy: 2 people). The layout is as follows: an entryway with a small kitchenette and a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, a separate bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower, and a combined living and sleeping area. The apartments are equipped with smoke detectors. A biweekly cleaning of the apartment and a change of linens every two weeks are also included. The apartment has a color TV with satellite connection. Cable TV fees are also included in the monthly flat rate. The apartment has its own landline with no basic fee, currently offering free calls to landlines in selected countries.
