2 rooms apartment of 50m² in Hamburg

I’m looking for a reliable temporary tenant (f/m/d) — or a very happily-in-love couple — for my charming 2-room apartment in the heart of Eppendorf. I’ll be spending a year in Canada, so the 50sqm will be available as early as February 15, 2026 and no later than April 1, 2026, for a rental period of up to 12 months. The apartment includes a living room, bedroom, kitchen with a balcony, bathroom with a shower, and a hallway. It’s quiet, and thanks to its west-facing layout and large new windows, it gets great natural light. From spring through fall, the balcony gets lovely afternoon sunshine — perfect for warm summer nights. A decorative tile stove, original stucco, and hardwood floors give the place a unique, cozy charm. The apartment comes fully furnished and well equipped: Bedroom: Queen-size bed ( cm), bedding, wardrobe Living room: Large comfy sofa, TV, book collection, desk Kitchen: Dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, full kitchen equipment and dishware, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, iron and board, electric grill, stove and oven Bathroom: Hairdryer, towels All personal items will be removed before your stay, so you’ll have plenty of room to make the space feel like home. Sharing is caring! A few low-maintenance plants will appreciate a little water once a month. Rent is EUR per month, including all utilities (heat, electricity, water, internet, and broadcasting fees). A EUR security deposit is required. We’ll sign a formal sublease agreement, and I’ll need proof of your liability insurance and a positive SCHUFA report. This is a non-smoking household, and pets aren’t allowed.
