English: "A home away from home" – that's our sunny 38 sqm2 apartment in Düsseldorf (Unterbilk), just a few steps away from the river Rhine and the well-known 'Mediaharbour' (media harbour). If you are looking for a place to stay during a trade fair or if you would like to spend some time in Düsseldorf for private or business purposes, you will find our apartment most suitable. Completely renovated just shortly, the apartment offers you a cosy, comfortable and individual place to stay, situated on the 1st floor of a historical building. Furnishing and facilities in detail There is a spacious and sunny combined living/sleeping room with a comfortable bed of high quality (90 x 200 cm). If staying with two persons or in case you are having a fried or family member visiting for a couple of days, you can choose between an additional single bed (90 x 200 cm) or, alternatively, a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm). (Please notice: Depending on how long the 2nd person plans to stay, there will be an extra charge for that). For your entertainment, you will find a flat screen TV as well as an ipod-docking station with radio. You will of course have free access to almost Wi-Fi. The newly fitted and fully equipped kitchen offers you all amenities if you would like to prepare your own breakfast or meal – just like at home: ceran stove, microwave/oven grill, refrigerator with small freezer, good coffee machine, electric kettle. Along with plenty of plates, cups, glasses, pans, pots and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a spacious shower, a washing basin and a big mirror as well as a hair dryer and a supply of towels. A spacious entrance hall as well as a big closet/storage rooms complete the apartement. A shared washing machine and dryer are available for you at the basement/laundry cellar. The small old building apartment with generous old building charm is ideal for one person, but can also be occupied with two people for a certain period of time (depending on the length of stay of the 2nd person, an extra fee will be charged here.
