3 rooms apartment of 25m² in Brighton

Hiya 🙂, We are looking for 3 new student tenants for this stylish and newly developed 3 bedroom apartment on Whippingham Road, Elm Grove, Brighton. The three of us chose the property after a long search but we unfortunately fell out leading us to all live elsewhere. During our viewing, we were thorougly impressed with how clean the tenants had kept it, how spacious the bedrooms were and that there was an open plan communal area in the middle. The location is great - only a 19min walk from the University of Brighton and a 12 minute bus away from Sussex Uni due to its proximity to Lewes Road. The area has great transport links and is close to the center of Brighton. £200 per person per week (bills included) or £870 per month (bills included). This is genuinely such a wonderful property and I would have loved to live but cannot due to my circumstances.
