1 room house of 52m² in Port Moody

Youd share the townhouse with me, Andrew. Im 37 and have 2 cats, Layla and Gary. My wife and I recently separated and I need help with the mortgage. Im relatively quiet and work from home 2-3 days a week. In the evenings I like to stay busy, going to the gym or going to the local music studio to drum. I dont have drums at the house.
