The brand-new kitchen is well-equipped for cooking substantial meals and is stocked with basic essentials like sugar, tea, coffee, and granola at the start of your stay. Blackout blinds have been installed in the living room for the sofa bed. The bathroom is accessed via the living room and comes with provided towels and premium soaps/shampoos. There are 2 to 3 short flights of stairs to climb inside to the second floor, and there is no elevator. The parking space out front is not available for guest use. Located in the heart of central London, this apartment is just a two-minute walk from Angel Underground station, providing excellent access to London's main tourist sites, the City financial district, and vibrant East London. Popular dining spots in Exmouth Market and Camden Passage are also a very short walk away. The apartment is located on a main road, so street noise is inevitable. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. This is a non-smoking property. Guests will be asked to check themselves in, unless requested or agreed otherwise. We will be available throughout your stay should you need us to make your stay more comfortable.Please note that a security deposit of £500 will be taken separately by the partner. This deposit is not included in the initial booking price and will be refunded after your stay, pending any damages.
