We have this 60 m2 home located in the Tiro de Línea neighborhood, accessible to the university campus and with all kinds of services nearby. It is a ground floor and consists of 2 bedrooms (one of them is considerably larger than the other), a full bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and its own private interior patio. Both the living room and the bedroom face the outside, while the rest of the home faces the interior patio. It is a very bright apartment. Tenant (lessee) expenses, payable by the tenant, not included in the rent: - Legal deposit: one monthly payment for housing or two monthly payments for other properties. - Rent review: the I.N.E. will publish the I.R.A.V. (Housing Rental Reference Index) monthly.
