We're traveling and are subletting our beloved apartment from February 10, 2026, to August 4, 2026. It's a spacious maisonette in a renovated factory building in Altlindenau. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished (including two workstations and height-adjustable desk). A highlight is the approximately 20 sq m roof terrace. The apartment includes a large cellar and a parking space in the courtyard. A washing machine, a piano, and bicycles are also available. We are looking for tenants who appreciate this great apartment as much as we do, who will take good care of it, and who enjoy living in this friendly neighborhood. A bakery, Kaufland, and the MuKo (theatre) are within walking distance, as is the parc. The public transport connections are fantastic, with the nearest stop just a 3-minute walk away.
