THE SPACE: - Kitchenette: The studio features a very well-equipped kitchenette with a granite countertop, stove, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all the essential cookware and utensils — perfect for preparing a simple meal or enjoying your morning coffee in peace. - Sleeping Arrangements: There are two comfortable beds to suit your needs — a double bed (135 × 195 cm) and a sofa bed (145 × 200 cm), both with fresh linens and cozy bedding. - Bathroom: The private bathroom is fitted with a modern shower, toilet, and a handheld bidet for added comfort. A hairdryer and fresh towels are also provided to make your stay easy and convenient. Please be aware that if your reservation exceeds one month, a cleaning fee of €45 will be charged every month. This fee covers changing hotel-quality linens and towels and has to be paid before check-in.
