The living/bedroom with adjoining kitchen is exclusive to tenants and can be locked separately. there is a double bed (160) and a sofa bed. The bathroom is used as a communal laundry room. (approx. 2x/week) Very quiet cul-de-sac location. Bus line 5 departure (every 5-10 min.) is within walking distance - 15 min. to Damtor train station and 28 min. to Central Station UKE only 3 stations.
