2 rooms apartment of 100m² in Valencia

5min to the beach. There is a padel surf in the apartment. We are temporarily moving to Stockholm and we are wondering if we can rent the apartment to some people in a similar situation. The apartment is fully equipped for a couple with an extra guest room. A big adjustable standing desk in the living room with an extra screen and a separate office room. Working from home thermal comfort is important, the windows have been recently renovated, there is AC in the living room and some extra heaters for winter.
