5 rooms house of 400m² in Bucharest

Frankly, it`s the kind of house that we have been trying for years to get local developers to build. The layout is smart and very comfortable with a large beautiful kitchen with a working island facing out onto the living room. Features in the kitchen worth noting are the large gas range, wine fridge, large storage room, beautiful white cabinets and natural wood accent. Living room is a good size at around 40 square meters. Also on the ground floor is a guest room, full bathroom, formal reception with good storage space on each side of the over-sized front entrance and garage for one car. Upstairs are four more bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, as well as a game space for the children. On the top floor is a nice sized room with bathroom on the third floor which could be a play area for the children, a massive sixth bedroom, or perhaps anther living room? All done beautifully. Only thing that I could see that maybe I wasn`t so happy about was the privacy, but landlord has planted trees on the perimeter fence so will be mitigated. Really nice house. In a small closed complex, walking distance to the American School.
