We offer our 3-room apartment with a terrace, basement, and a freely usable communal garden. Amenities: Bedrooms face the courtyard, making it quiet yet bright. The living room and dining room are connected by an antique sliding door that can be closed if necessary. Each room has a separate door to the hallway. The dining room has a floor-to-ceiling door and a French balcony. Both rooms face the street. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION The apartment is a 20-minute walk from the main train station. Many bus stops, as well as the U1 Wandsbek Markt and the U2/U4 Horner Rennbahn lines, are within easy walking distance. A Lidl supermarket, a Budni supermarket, and a bakery are in the immediate vicinity. Towards Wandsbek Markt, the Quaree is not far away and is a convenient shopping area with many good doctors. Parking: Unfortunately, there is no parking space, but you can always find a free parking space on the street.
