There is a desk positioned to overlook the green field ahead. Bathroom: Shower, sink, and toilet. Heating: Two efficient electric heaters installed on the walls; the flat is well insulated and cosy. Sustainability: Solar panels on the roof support greener energy use. Privacy & Access You have your own private gate entrance, and the flat is completely separate from the main house. A small area for outside seating. You have 5 minute walks to buses into town. Either across the field via a gate at the bottom of the garden or from your front drive entrance to Surrenden Road. Laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are shared and located in the porch of the main house — easy to access without entering the main house.
