The building was designed and built by a wealthy military family in the 1930`s and they took their inspiration from Bauhaus design in the way the day-area of the apartment is big and open and maximizes light and frames the trees and the blue out of the windows in almost landscape-like photographs. Tree-lined and almost exclusively villas throughout the neighborhood. It is not easy to find properties for rent.
