Hello there! Hope you are doing well. I am looking for a lovely, reliable and trustworthy family to move into my 4 bed property in Leytonstone for at least 3 months, possibly more. It will be available from February. The property is a terraced house in a quiet area of Leytonstone, overlooking Epping Forest and Wanstead Flats, with quick easy access into Central London and plenty of transport options such as the underground, overground, bus and cycle lanes. Shops are a mere 7-10 minute walk away on the high road, giving you perfect balance between action and a peaceful living environment. There are four bedrooms, including a spacious front room and attic, a slightly smaller double bedroom suitable for a child, and a large two bedroom/study combo at the back of the house. This section is detached from neighbouring houses, so it’s even more quiet, and looks out over a leafy garden with a large tree, shed, and patio with outdoors furniture for the warmer months. Everything is fully furnished with everything you could need, plus plentiful storage space. Two bathrooms are available, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs one is more like a laundry room as it has a washing machine and dryer, but also a shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs is a shower over a bath.
