property type: townhouse size: 80 sq meters lot size: 760 sq meters bedrooms: 1 1/2 bathrooms: 2 all utilities included a townhouse located in ostfildern close to kelley barracks and the beautfull medievil city of esslingen. its 13 min 8,7 kiliometers from kelley,17 min 14 kilometers from patch and 24 min 16 kilometers from panzer 2 bedroom (one is smaller but ideal for an office or small guestroom) 1 1/2 bathrooms eat-in fully equipped kitchen. the livingroom is fully furnished and so are the bedrooms. included are all the linens pots and pans and dishes. if you do not want furnished we can accomadate that. you have access to a large yard with a huge patio and outdoor kitchen and pool. there are a varity of fruit trees and there is a vegetable garden, all this and the yard is mantained by my husband. even though your living in a country setting, shopping is only a 2-3 min walk up the street where you will find a small mall open till 10 pm. there are also restraurants within easy walking distance, puplic tranportation to kelley or downtown is also only a 3 min walk available: mid september
