Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Southwest Las Vegas

We are a married couple looking for a roommate. We both work during the day time so if you work at night it’s a plus as we could have the place to ourselves at night and you have it to yourself during the day. We have two dogs who are very sweet. Unfortunately we cannot have anymore dogs here so you must not have pets. I also prefer if we find a roommate who loves dogs. Our dogs are very sweet and love to spend time with whoever is home. You absolutely do not have to let them in your room or bathroom but please don’t kick them off the couch if you’re on the couch. This is their home. We keep the place pretty clean but not overly obsessed to where we will be upset with you if you leave a dish in the sink. You will have the bathroom to yourself and lots of storage in the bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a bed and a side table. There is a closet in the bedroom. There is also a TV mounted in the bedroom and I have it logged in to Hulu/hbo max/peacock/disney +. We can provide bedding and towels. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher. We also have an Ice maker, a water dispenser, instant pot, and air fryer. There is a community pool as well. Please message for any other questions. Must be 420 friendly. We do not smoke a lot nor do we smoke in the house. You are free to smoke outside on the patio though.
