Rent 1 bedroom apartment in Southwest Las Vegas

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ** Renting out furnished a spare room in a new home. This includes a tv with free channels and super fast WiFi. This is a shared bathroom. All utilities are included!! We are located in a gated community in the SW area with lots of shopping nearby. The freeways are easily accessible. There's plenty of parking in front of the house and the side street. There isn't room for large items so any of those will be need to be placed in a storage. It's preferred to have someone who works away from home since landlord already works from home. It's a very tidy and quiet home so looking for someone who enjoys the same. This is a single room for one occupant and not renting out the whole house.
