Hello! I will travel soon for vacation and would want to rent the studio from 23 of december to 23 of January . As a third year female student myself I prefer renting to woman as the communication would be easier for the both of us. The studio has A Private balcony, WIFI, and amenities is ALL INCLUDED 💫 , there is studying spots in the building as well! I’m looking for someone who is careful and keeps the studio clean. No parties please. it is located really close to the city centre, almost 5-10 minutes walk to Arndale. Reception is available and there is plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and Aldi near by.
