After work, relax in our 2-room apartment in Dresden-Gohlis. The non-smoking unit is located on the 2nd floor and has a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a large sofa bed (for one person). In the living room, the new open and fully equipped kitchen is integrated. The dining table offers space for all guests. TV is available. There is also free Wi-Fi in the apartment. The modern bathroom has a bath with additional shower screen. In front of the house there is a parking space. For larger vehicles, public parking is available on the street. Every two weeks the apartment will be cleaned by a cleaning service. There is a pizzeria in the house. Furthermore, there is a shopping market 100 meters away and also a petrol station. Immediately in front of the house is the bus stop with direct connection to the center. Only 3 minutes away by car is the motorway junction Dresden-Altstadt. We specifically point out that there is no elevator in the house and the apartment has no balcony. It is a Non smoking apartment. The rental prize is for 2 persons. With a 3rd person, the rental prize adds with 200€ per month. This also includes a cleaning service once per month.
