Welcome to our cozy and open-plan holiday apartment. It's ideally located between the Allgäu, Upper Swabia, and Lake Constance region. From swimming and sunbathing to alpine hiking, there's something for everyone here. In summer, we're the perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours, and in winter, you can relax in the numerous thermal baths in the area. Our apartment is only about a 15-minute walk from the train station, where you can connect to the entire region by bus and train. Here you'll find a 1.5-room maisonette apartment in a quiet residential area, with a terrace and a small front garden. On the ground floor, there's a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a dining and living area with a sofa bed (1.20 x 2 m), TV, and PS4. The first floor features a bright bedroom with a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, and a reading nook (or alternatively, a height-adjustable desk), along with a bathroom with a shower and natural light. The apartment has underfloor heating and cooling, ensuring it's never cold in winter or too hot in summer. A bakery, a butcher, and an Italian delicatessen are a 5-minute walk away. Several supermarkets are just a few meters further on. The outdoor swimming pool and ice rink are about a 10-minute walk. A forest with a fitness trail is located 300 meters from your front door.
