2 rooms apartment of 1000m² in Vienna

We are renting out our much-loved apartment for the duration of our stay abroad. It is a duplex apartment in a very good location. On the lower floor are the entrance area, the living area, the kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 bedroom. On the upper floor are another bathroom and two bedrooms. Each floor has its own balcony. Both balconies have garden furniture; the lower one also has a grill. The kitchen has everything you need (besides a dishwasher and freezer compartment, also a Soda Stream, very good coffee machine, microwave, toaster, etc.). Another highlight is our 2-person hammock, which can be quickly and easily set up in the living room, but also quickly stored away again (see photo). The bedrooms overlook a green and quiet inner courtyard. In this courtyard, there are benches and an open space for playing. On the other side, you have an excellent view of the city. Schönbrunn Park is within walking distance, as is Meidling train station. Public transport connections are excellent both city-bound and outbound (U4, U6, Bus, Tram, S-Bahn). This allows quick access to the city center, as well as recreational areas like the Vienna Woods, Wiener Berg, or Lainzer Tiergarten.
