For this reason, we are renting out our furnished condominium in one of Dresden's most beautiful districts - Striesen/Blasewitz. EQUIPMENT The flat has an area of 125 sqm and covers the entire floor on the raised ground floor of a house with four parties. It has 4 rooms plus a large eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a spacious hallway. Some rooms are decorated with stucco, most of them have parquet flooring. There are two terraces (east and west side) and the possibility to use the garden communally. Bicycle parking spaces are available in the courtyard and parking spaces on the street, mostly directly in front of the house. The flat is equipped with cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, thermostats and internet flat rate.
