I'm looking for a professional or full-time student seeking a regular Monday to Friday base in London (3–4 nights a week is also possible). Available from 15 August . The room is a bright, comfortable, fully furnished double overlooking the garden, with a desk suitable for home working, good storage and plenty of natural light. It's a quiet space that's ideal for relaxing after work. You'll share a modern bathroom, a spacious well-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a private south-facing garden that's perfect for breakfast or unwinding on warmer evenings. There is secure bicycle storage if required. I live in the house and work long hours, and I'm often away during the week, so it's generally a calm and peaceful home. I'm looking for someone who appreciates a clean, respectful and quiet living environment. The house is on a quiet residential street just around the corner from Green Lanes, with its fantastic choice of restaurants, cafés and independent food shops, including Dusty Knuckle Bakery and the excellent TFC supermarket. Sainsbury's on Williamson Road is just a few minutes away and open late every evening.
