1 room apartment of 68m² in Dortmund

My partner and I will be abroad for 6 months from September 2026 and are looking for nice, trustworthy tenants for a temporary rental. We have been living in the apartment for about a year and a half and feel very comfortable here. The apartment is very bright and flooded with light even on grey days. It is in a super central location, directly by Dortmund city center, the main train station, and near the popular Kreuzviertel with many cafés, restaurants, and entertainment options. Despite its proximity to the city center, the apartment is located on a quiet side street, away from street noise or bars. All furniture, including all appliances (portafilter machine, air fryer, kitchen equipment, etc.) can be used. To dry laundry, there is also a drying attic one floor up that can be co-used.
